Commitment to Accessibility

Overview

At Di Battista Katz Grant Cobbina LLP (“we”), we are committed to ensuring accessibility for persons with disabilities by identifying, removing and preventing barriers to promote the rights of all persons and to build and create an inclusive and accessible environment for our clients and employees.

Commitment

We support the intent of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and its goal of achieving accessibility for people with disabilities with respect to client interactions, information communication and employment.

The purpose of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) is to develop, implement and enforce standards for accessibility related to goods, services, facilities, employment, accommodation and buildings.

In the spirit of the AODA, we endeavour to provide our services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities.  We are also committed to giving people with disabilities the same opportunity to access our services and allowing them to benefit from the same services, in the same place and in a similar way as other clients.

Feedback

Feedback from clients and/or third parties regarding accessibility is welcomed as it may identify areas that require change and encourage continuous service improvements.

Feedback from a member of the public about the delivery of services to persons with disabilities may be provided by telephone, in person, in writing, in electronic format, or through other methods.

All feedback should be directed to Di Battista Katz Grant Cobbina LLP.  If persons wish to be contacted about their feedback, they must provide their name and contact information.
